Hours for Telephone and Email Support
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The CSC walk-in support office is located in the Ahmanson Information Commons at Leavey Library, Lower Level.

ITS Operations Center (OC)
The ITS Operations Center is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. They can be reached at 213-740-5555. Please contact them for network outages or other urgent problems that occur outside of the CSC’s business hours.
