Zoom AI Companion helps make meetings more productive by automatically generating summaries, highlighting key points, and suggesting action items. It also assists with tasks like writing messages or organizing information—so you can stay focused and save time without needing to be an expert in AI. Zoom AI Companion is available to all Zoom users.

Microsoft Copilot

Copilot is your built-in assistant across Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. It helps you save time by drafting emails, summarizing meetings, analyzing data, and even creating presentations, making everyday tasks easier and more efficient without needing to be an expert. Copilot is available to all USC students, faculty and staff.
