Five9 E911 refers to the Enhanced 911 (E911) emergency calling service integrated into Five9, a cloud-based contact center platform. E911 is a system designed to automatically provide emergency responders with critical information about a 911 call, such as the caller’s location, callback number, and sometimes additional details.

Features:

  • Caller Location Identification: When a 911 call is made, the system routes the call to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) based on the caller’s actual or registered location.
  • Dynamic Location Updates: For remote or hybrid workforces, users can update their physical address dynamically, ensuring accurate location information is passed to emergency services.

Eligibility

Five9 administrators, faculty, staff, and students who are Five9 users at USC.
