From 6 p.m. PST on Friday, Dec. 12, to approximately 6 p.m. PST on Saturday, Dec. 13, ITS will perform required maintenance on the USC NetID Account Services website to apply a database upgrade.
During this time, students, faculty, and staff may be unable to activate their USC NetIDs, change their USC NetID passwords, reset forgotten passwords, or update their secondary email addresses. Requests submitted during this maintenance window will be queued and processed once the update is complete.
If you experience issues after this maintenance period, please contact the ITS Customer Service Center (CSC) at 213-740-5555. The CSC is available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
