The intermittent performance issues with the Domain Name System (DNS) that caused slow connectivity to applications and services for students, faculty, and staff have been resolved.
ITS Network Engineering and Firewall teams, along with our vendor, are actively investigating the root cause and will continue to monitor DNS services for stability.
If you continue to experience issues, please call the ITS Customer Support Center (CSC) at 213-740-5555. The CSC is available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
