From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, ITS will perform routine maintenance on the classroom control servers. During this maintenance, classroom presentation technology will not be available in ITS Learning Environments-supported classrooms. This includes projectors, microphones, speakers, and Zoom Rooms.
This update is required to implement security patches and application updates on classroom control servers.
AudioVisual technology will remain available for events already scheduled, using a limited-capacity backup system. In all other ITS-supported classrooms at both the University Park Campus and the Health Sciences Campus, AV technology will be offline while updates are in progress.
