Job Interview Hacker

Hackers are posing as recruiters in fake online job interviews — then telling you to run a “fix” for your camera or mic by pasting in their code command. That command installs PyLangGhost, a remote access trojan that gives them complete control of your device.

Don’t be fooled:

  •  Never run commands from someone you don’t trust
  •  Don’t install unknown apps during interviews
  •  Report suspicious activity: security@usc.edu | 213-740-5555

Cyber threats are always evolving — stay alert.
