From 6 p.m. PDT on Friday, Aug. 8, to approximately 6 p.m. PDT on Saturday, Aug. 9, ITS will perform required maintenance on the USC NetID Account Services website to apply a database upgrade.

During this maintenance, students, faculty, and staff will be unable to activate their USC NetIDs, change their USC NetID passwords, reset forgotten passwords, or update their secondary email addresses. Requests submitted during this period will be queued and processed after the update is complete.

If you encounter issues after this maintenance period, please call the ITS Service Desk (CSC) at 213-740-5555. The CSC is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
