From 10 p.m. Friday, August 1, to approximately 6 a.m. Saturday, August 2, ITS will perform required maintenance to upgrade the firmware on the firewalls at the UPC campus.
During this maintenance window, network traffic is expected to remain stable, but a brief interruption of service may occur when each campus firewall is rebooted as part of the upgrade process.
If you encounter issues after this maintenance period, please call the ITS Customer Support Center (CSC) at 213-740-5555. The CSC is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
