Presented by IANS – Thursday, June 26th 11am-12pm PST
* Relatively few universities (less than 37%) are investing in AI literacy for their workforce.
* 68% of respondents reported that students use AI somewhat more or a lot more than faculty
* Only 2% of respondents indicated that faculty use AI more than students
This presentation will provide unique insights into how to:
- 1. Bridge the student-faculty AI gap, so that faculty are using AI (more) to teach and students are using AI to (appropriately) learn.
- 2. Faculty and staff would understand more of how AI can be used in their day-to-day work.
- 3. Faculty and staff could be educated on privacy and security best practice tips, from the end user perspective, so that they are using ChatGPT appropriately and not putting confidential or personal information at risk.
