USC Information Technology Services (ITS) has launched Livi, a self-service chatbot that is now available on the Listserv mailing list site. Livi offers quick, 24/7 assistance with mailing list tasks such as managing subscriptions, sending announcements, and resolving common issues—no help ticket required.
