Duo will be sending an email whenever device changes are made to your Duo account. Please be on the lookout for emails to your USC inbox from Duo Security and respond as prompted if you did not make the device change noted.
These emails are an update to Duo Mobile coming this Wednesday, October 23rd at 6:00 PM Pacific. Duo Security will send you an email to notify you whenever a device is added or removed from your Duo account, which will look like the example below:
