On Wednesday, March 22, ITS implemented a new login screen for the Office 365 Outlook Web app, located at http://www.usc.edu/office365. This refreshed login screen (see example below) features USC branding and a link to ITS’s Office 365 documentation.
At this time, some users are encountering an issue logging into Office 365 through this new page. To resolve this issue, we suggest clearing the cookies and cache from your browser. For information on how to do this in your browser, click the appropriate link below:
If this does not resolve your issue, you may need to completely exit your browser and log back in at http://www.usc.edu/office365. If you are still unable to log in after reopening your browser, please call the ITS Customer Support Center at 213-740-5555.
