If your computer is running Windows 10, the Pro or Enterprise versions of Windows 8.1, or the Ultimate or Enterprise versions of Windows 7, you will be able to encrypt all of your Windows files and folders at once using BitLocker.

To determine which version of Microsoft Windows you are running, go to Microsoft’s Software Version page.
