What happens if I already have a personal Dropbox account associated with my email address? Can I keep both accounts?
If you currently have a personal Dropbox account associated with your email address, you will need to convert it to USC-owned account or change the account’s email address. If you choose to change the account’s email address, any work-related documents in this renamed personal Dropbox account should be transferred to your USC Dropbox account. When you create your USC Dropbox account, Dropbox will walk you through separating your personal Dropbox content from your USC Dropbox content. I requested an USC Dropbox account at but I haven’t received my invitation from Dropbox yet. What should I do?
You should received an email from within 2 hours of creating your USC Dropbox account at If you do not see this email in your inbox within 2 hours, you should check your the spam and junk folders in your email account for the message. If you still do not see the message, please call the ITS Customer Support Center at 213-740-5555.
