Microsoft Office 365
The university has identified Microsoft’s cloud-based Office 365 product as the replacement for the university’s central email system for faculty and staff. Most USC employees with email accounts on the central email system will be scheduled to move to Office 365 on a departmental basis over the course of the 2014 calendar year. For more information on Office 365, including information on how it will be rolled out to the university, visit the Microsoft Office 365 page.
Departmental Email Accounts
Some schools and departments provide their faculty and staff with email accounts in addition to the central email system. To find out if your school or department has its own email system, contact your school or department’s local IT support.

At this time, Google Apps at USC accounts are only available to USC students. USC faculty and staff are not eligible for these accounts.
