JIRA is a software program that is commonly used for software bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management.
This instance of JIRA is restricted to USC’s Information Technology Services (ITS) and Enrollment Services, who use it to manage their collaborative projects. You need to be a current employee of ITS or Enrollment Services to access JIRA.
