ITS Customer Support Center

The ITS Customer Support Center provides support to the USC community for connecting to the USC Network and using supported applications. According to its statistics, the CSC, on average, answers calls on the first ring and resolves most issues in less than five minutes.

For desktop support, individuals should consult the list of local IT contacts.

The ITS Operations Center (ITS OC)

The ITS Operations Center is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. They can be reached at 213-740-5555. Please contact them for network outages or other urgent problems that occur outside of the CSC’s business hours.
