UNIX Computing Accounts for Faculty and Staff (BCF)

Faculty and staff that need to use USC UNIX resources may do so using their Basic Computing Facility (BCF) accounts. Located at mizar.usc.edu, this server acts as a time-sharing host for all non-Health Sciences faculty/staff accounts.

Faculty and staff that require access to additional computing resources for research purposes may apply for accounts on USC’s high-performance computing cluster. For more information, see itservices.usc.edu/hpc.
